About us

The consultants, trainers, and makers of Tempesta support organizations in realizing growth. We like to delve into complex development issues that clearly require change although it is not quite clear yet what kind of change exactly. We bring to the table and shed light on developments (under the radar). This will clear the path for people and the organization itself to get back on track and regain momentum. We use a variety of different methods and formats, including storytelling, core mapping, and podcasts. Storytelling connects people. In core mapping, we draw a sketch of the essence. Podcasts are used to tell the story of the target group.
