Subsequently, we build a story together that offers the space and the framework for employees to be able to embrace the change.
Applied storytelling training courses as part of the Management Development programme of Holland Casino
As part of the Management Development programme of Holland Casino, Tempesta was asked to deliver a series of training courses in applied storytelling. The objective of the training courses is to introduce participants to the power of storytelling and to show them how they can apply this skill in their own (future) roles as (regional) managers. How can they use storytelling to motivate employees to embrace change? The participants will draw from their own personal stories for this purpose. After all, this story is the doorway of opportunity to implementing appropriate interventions, in alignment with the needs of their teams.
